Hybrid Fitted Diaper - AIO Shape (mini OS) "My sunshine"

HYBRID FITTED DIAPER MINI ONE SIZE:

• It will be suitable for most Children weighing 4-9 kg.
  
  
• The narrow cut has been adapted so that it can be used with the popular mini OS and OS Slim woolen covers
  
  
• In step it is only 8-8.5 cm, thanks to which it does not limit the child's movements in learning to spin, crawl and walk
  
  
• The tunnel consists of 2 layers of bamboo knit and 3 layers of evo
  
  
• The tongue is single and consists of two outer layers of bamboo knit and 3 layers of evo
  
  
• The booster is made of 3 layers of bamboo fabric.

• After folding the tongue in half and placing it in the tunnel, it gives a total (including the outer absorbent layer of bamboo knit) - 4 layers of bamboo and 6 layers of evo, which corresponds to 6 layers of bamboo. The booster adds 3 layers of bamboo to the diaper. Evo also distributes moisture along the entire length of the diaper.
  
  
• The PUL panel further reduces the risk of system leakage.
  
  
• Inside, we used several amenities:
  - the front bamboo tab is equipped with an elastic band for better fitting of the front part of the diaper and keeping the tunnel with the insert in check
  - the back rubber band is in a bamboo tunnel - thanks to this, it is surrounded by 2, not 4 layers of bamboo, which improves the child's comfort and helps the area to dry
  
  

MATERIALS:

• Bamboo knit without polyester (80% bamboo viscose, 20% cotton, Oekotex class I certificate).
  
  
• Evo (70% polyester, 30% polyamide, Oekotex class I certificate) - a modern, synthetic absorbent material that evenly distributes moisture throughout the diaper.
  We do not use industrial evo softener (water saving) because it softens after the first wash. Therefore, a new diaper may seem hard, but it will soften after the first washing.
  
  
• PUL- 100% recycled polyester laminated with a polyurethane membrane
  
  
• Bamboo and evo are materials that differ in their behavior after washing (especially tumble drying). Therefore, there may be a slight folding of the tongue, which can be stretched out (bamboo knit is very stretchy).

RULES OF USE AND CARE *:

• The diaper should be washed and dried before first use.
  
  
• You have to take into account that bamboo knitwear takes a few washes to get full absorbency (but after the first it is decent). Evo is fully absorbent right away.
  
  
• After use, shake / rinse the child's constant pile to the toilet (this is facilitated by corn or bamboo tissue placed on top of the diaper).
  
  
• We store the diapers in a closed bucket or PUL bag for diapers (the bags can be found HERE). Before throwing in the pocket, remove the absorbent insert.

WASHING:

• Before the main program, you must set the rinse cycle (to get rid of all impurities).
  
  
• The basic program for cotton with the temperature of 60 degrees C should last about 2 hours (in a short program, nappies may not wear out, in too long they may deteriorate faster).
  
  
• The powder should be children's to white in the amount recommended by the manufacturer. Due to the presence of an impregnant on PUL, this powder should not contain more than 15% oxygen-based bleaching compounds. If in doubt, dry nappies may be weighed before use. It should be remembered that both too little and too much powder can irritate the Child's skin (but these are rare cases).
  
  
• After the main wash, the condition of the nappies should be checked. If there are traces of powder, e.g. foam, dirt, or the smell is stale, an additional rinse should be applied at the end (usually not needed).
  
  
• Do not use fabric softeners. They stick to the diaper fibers, reducing its absorbency.
  
  
• Bleach should not be used as it could damage the nappy.

DRYING:

• The diapers can be dried classically or in a tumble dryer on a program with a low (up to 60 degrees C) temperature (delicate / mixed program). After removing it from the dryer, straighten the diaper insert by gentle manual stretching.
  
  
• In the case of reusable diapers, do not use any creams to protect the baby's bottom(and it's also not needed). If it is necessary to cover the baby's bottom with cream or ointment, the inside of the diaper should be covered with an additional protective layer, e.g. tissue paper or silk liner.
  
  
• The most effective and safest way to get rid of stains on washed absorbent parts of nappies is to expose them to the sun.
